WHAT’S ILLEGAL UNDER STATE LAW CHAPTER 134 HRS

The following items are unlawful to own or possess and should NOT be brought to HHAA meetings, gunshows and events and of course the Kokohead Shooting Complex:

1. Fully auto firearms, 134-8a **
2. Unregistered handguns, 134-3b *
3. Unregistered long guns acquired after 6/30/94, 134-3 *
4. Shotguns with less than 18″ barrels, 134-8a **
5. Rifles with less than 16″ barrels, 134-8a **
6. Silencers, 134-8a **
7. Hand grenades, 134-8a **
8. Dynamite and blasting caps, 134-8a **
9. Bombs and bombshells, 134-8a **
10. Exploding or impact segmenting projectiles, 134-8a **
11. Armor piercing projectiles, 134-8a **
12. More than 10 round magazines that will fit a pistol, 134-8c * or ** if in a handgun
13. Cannons, 134-8a **
14. Firearms with altered, removed or obliterated make, model or number, 134-10 *
15. Butterfly knives, 134-52 *
16. Switch blade and gravity knives, 134-51 *
17. Handguns with die cast frames or receivers with a melting temperture of less than 800 degrees, unless registered prior to 7/1175, 134-15 *
18. Electric guns, 134-16 *
19 .Assault pistols not owned and registered prior to 7/1/92, 134-4e *
